Every pallet goes through a rigorous reconditioning process using quality recycled lumber before it leaves our yard. With 25,000 units in inventory, availability is never a concern.
Custom-Built Pallets
When standard sizes don't match your load, we build to your exact dimensions and weight requirements. Our custom remanufactured pallets are constructed from reclaimed lumber out of our pallet dismantling operation — so you get a precision-built pallet at a fraction of new pallet pricing. Tell us your specs and we handle the rest.
Heat-Treated Pallets
Shipping internationally? Most countries require heat-treated pallets under ISPM 15 regulations to prevent the spread of invasive pests. BTL has an on-site heat treatment chamber and can certify pallets for export to comply with international wood packaging standards. Don't let a missing stamp hold up your shipment.

Two-Way Entry
Forklift access from 2 sides only. Simple, sturdy, and common for racked or stacked storage.

4-Way Entry
Forklift access from all four sides. Notches cut into the stringers allow entry from any direction — better for floor storage and high-traffic dock areas.

Lightweight
½" deck boards. Good for evenly distributed loads up to 2,000 lbs.

Heavyweight
Deck boards thicker than ½". Handles evenly distributed loads up to 2,700 lbs. Need something heavier? We can design a pallet for your specific load requirements.
