All scrap pallets we collect are repaired, recycled into lumber, or ground into landscape mulch.
Ways to Work With BTL Pallet
We offer two scrap pallet removal programs depending on your volume and how your facility operates.
Live Load Program
For operations that don't need a full-time trailer on-site, our live load service handles pickups on a scheduled, case-by-case basis.
We come in, load the trailer, and haul it out. You don't need to manage staging or storage — just have the pallets ready.
Trailer Spot Program
If your facility generates multiple semi loads of clean pallets every month, this program is built for you.
We park one of our DOT-certified 53-foot trailers at your dock — full time. Your team loads it as pallets accumulate. When it's full, we swap it out.
What this looks like in practice:
- Pallets stacked up to 20 high
- Minimum of 400 pallets per load
- Pallets must be clean and free of stickers, banding, and plastic wrap
- We pull the trailer when it's full and bring a fresh one
This is a recurring program for high-volume operations. It is not designed for one-time cleanups.

What We Can Take
- Standard wood pallets in good condition
- Pallets must be free of stickers, banding, and plastic wrap
- Clean, stackable material only for the Trailer Spot Program
WHAT WE CAN'T TAKE
- Pallets with foam, plastics, or attached metal plates
- Material that cannot be separated from non-wood components prior to pickup
- Nails, screws, and hand-bendable metal fasteners are fine — those are handled in our recycling process
