A custom-built pallet is a wood pallet manufactured to a specific size that isn't available as a standard repaired pallet. Instead of buying off the shelf, you tell us the dimensions you need — and we build it.
We use recycled lumber from our daily pallet dismantling operation. That lumber is cut to size, sorted by thickness, and used to build pallets that match your board spacing and structural requirements.
What Sizes Can You Build?
We routinely build custom pallets ranging from 18"x18" up to 144"x48". If your size falls within that range, we can likely build it.
